Return Policy

We promise that all products are genuine!

It does not include official defects and after-sales, and it is not refundable or exchangeable when sold.

 Shoot an "unboxing video" before receiving the goods to ensure peace of mind trading! One shot to the end, clearly showing the package situation: (1) Shoot a complete logistics bill (2) Display the six sides of the box and record the unpacking process completely; (3) Photograph all the details of the product, especially the defective parts.

1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem. We do not accept refund for items due to a change of mind or not getting the target in Blind Box products.

2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (beeloveclubservice@gmail.com) first.

3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.

If you receive broken figures from Beeloveclub, please provide below information in the email and send them to our customer service mail:
1. Order number
2. Screenshot of the item you should have received in the live stream (if you have)
3. Picture of the broken item

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
